How do I know?
Because I've decided it is going to be (stay with me!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ask myself the same 4 questions I ask at the start of every week:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What did I achieve last week?
What did I learn last week?
What do I want to achieve this week?
What help do I need to make sure it happens?
I ask myself these questions (along with the others in my planning system) every Sunday evening and create my plan for the week ahead
Part of that planning routine is practising positive mindset and abundance mindset and thinking
For those to whom this is relevant, I still made myself do this when I was receiving treatment for breast cancer, when I had no work, and through other really tough times. It helped me retain some sense of control - something which is important to me
If you start your week thinking the week is going to be awful and focusing on that bit, you're probably right - and you're going to help make it that way by adopting this approach and mindset
If you are anticipating a bad week, what could you do or change to make it good? Or at least better?
By starting the week deciding the week is going to be amazing (or more amazing than your initial expectation), it is within your power to make it so
You are putting yourself in control of what amazing is and means
Start with those four simple questions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What did YOU achieve last week?
What did YOU learn last week?
What do YOU want to achieve this week?
And this is THE MOST IMPORTANT question
4. What help do YOU need to make sure it happens?
Reach out, find the expertise or the experience, and ask for support / help - we are a sector of sharers and we do so willingly
This week IS going to be amazing⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You've got this!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
